Cancellation policy
One or more software solutions in this store may be offered to you as a subscription or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat access for the subscription term shown at checkout, and your subscription will then automatically renew for successive periods of the same length (for example, 12 months) unless it is ended in line with our terms.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged on or around the renewal date for each renewal period to maintain access to the software.
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must give us written notice of termination at least 60-days before the end of the current subscription term or renewal period. You can do this by emailing astawebsales@elecosoft.com.
If you cancel in accordance with this notice period, your access will continue until the end of the current term and will not renew. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the current term unless required by law or expressly stated in our policies.
Try before you buy
For try‑before‑you‑buy items, we may authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the software. If you do not request cancellation before the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount, and your access will continue for the applicable licence or subscription term.
